How to Draw a Bridge | Step By Step Bridge Drawing

Sketching scenes on a paper is really fun and exciting when you made it with your heart.

Many people believe that drawing articles on paper can be difficult when you don’t have any skills and others believe that you can be perfect at drawing when you do sketching as your hobby.

Drawing scenery using a pencil could be hard in the starting. Still, with the guidance of our blog, it becomes easier to sketch different scenes even when you are a beginner.

Items to be considered to draw a bridge:-

Use only a pointed pencil
A paper

So, let’s start to draw a scenery on a paper with some steps:-

Step 1:-

First, draw a smooth large circle using a compass and a pencil or use any kind of round lid. Then make a three semi-circle one is larger than the other two at the center of the big circle. There should be a gap of 2-3cm between the large and smaller semicircles. At the same time, there must be a gap of 1 cm between the small two semicircles.

Draw another line from the middle of semicircles under the two lines and shade it with a pencil.

Step 2:-

Then draw some horizontal lines between the gap between large and small semicircles. Make those lines with a lighter color of the pencil. Also, draw vertical lines in the small semicircles.

Step 3:-

In this step, draw some vertical lines between the horizontal lines to give them a design of bricks on the bridge. Also, sketch another semicircle nearby a larger one and draw some vertical small lines between them with some more gaps that could be five in the lines. On the right-hand side, make one more semicircle starting in the middle with some vertical lines.

Step 4:-

At this stage, outline the areas where we are going to draw shrubs and plants around the bridge. Also, shade some areas under the bridge.

Step 5:-

Now fill out the outlined areas by sketching with the use of a pencil. Along with the shrubs draw a portion of the ground as well.

Step 6:-

Highlight the area where we draw shrubs and water nearby the bridge. After that, draw a few rocks that sit on the path under the bridge.

Step 7:-

Here you need to sketch the rocks and all of the nearby areas of the path under the bridge.

Step 8:-

Before completing your sketching, draw some of the birds flying in the sky as well as draw trees on both sides of the bridge. Then sketch all of the left areas which are under the bridge using a pencil.

It seems difficult the starting to design scenery in a circle. Once your drawing is complete it looks easy to sketch variant scenes with the use of paper and a pencil.
